While COVID-19 has most of us still indoors for a majority of the day, it’s still important to maintain a healthy workout routine. This month we have a quick bodyweight leg day. The best thing about this work out is that it can be done anywhere that you have a chair or couch available. You can even do this work out with a bench when we are back in the gym - while practicing social distancing, of course.
