Brooke Sullivan

A Nevada native, Brooke had the pleasure of growing up in the state's oldest community, Genoa. Brooke had the impulse to see more of the world outside of Nevada. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Brooke lived abroad in both Mexico and Brazil. She later worked in the highly competitive advertising industry in San Francisco before returning "home".

These experiences provided Brooke global perspective and she relies on her marketing expertise daily while successfully promoting her listings.

Brooke has sold luxury real estate in Reno since 2002 and has been an industry leader in the luxury real estate market.

Monica Gore

Born and raised in California, Monica graduated from the University of California, Davis and quickly became a successful entrepreneur immersing herself in the restaurant business, the stock market, and real estate investing. Her passion and love for people and luxury real estate led her into the world of high-end real estate sales where she has successfully branded herself as a premier real estate agent with Dickson Realty.

Specializing within the exclusive community of Montrêux Golf and Country Club in Reno, Monica and her two partners, Brooke Sullivan and Rob Wonhof, represent most of the buyers and sellers within the community.

Through her personable character, she is able to build and maintain excellent client relationships. With $50,000,000 in current property listings, Monica and her partners are the top producing agents in Reno's luxury housing market.

Rob Wonhof

After graduating from college with a degree in accounting, Rob passed the CPA exam and worked in the accounting industry for 10 years. While an accountant, Rob developed a small area of Reno and got the real estate bug and changed careers. Now with over 25 years of experience in the Reno real estate market, Rob Wonhof brings a wealth of market knowledge to every one of his transactions.

In addition to his significant resale expertise in the entire Reno market, Rob has 20 years specializing in Luxury Home neighborhoods, specifically Montreux and Saddlehorn.

Rob was the lead agent in Saddlehorn from 1990 to 1996. When Montrêux first opened in the summer of 1996, Rob was selected to join the original marketing and sales team. In both neighborhoods Rob worked closely with the developer to roll out each new phase of custom homesites and custom home neighborhoods that included The Cottages, The Manors, Stonehaven and Les Maisons.

Rob is now in his 15th year of focusing almost exclusively on Montrêux and luxury real estate in South Reno. As a Montrêux homeowner and Club Member Rob is committed to the success of this fantastic neighborhood.
