The only Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Golf Course in Northern Nevada. These 18 holes wind through nearly 7,500 yards of our community. Nicklaus himself considers Montrêux one of his top five courses. Come play a round and find out for yourself.
Early on, Jack Nicklaus was brought on board to design Montrêux's signature golf course.
Construction on the only Nicklaus course in Northern Nevada began in 1994 and it was completed and playable by June 1997.
Today, Nicklaus himself considers Montrêux one of his top five courses.
The quality of this private course was recognized by the PGA when they made it the site of the annual Reno-Tahoe Open in 1999. A tradition that is slated to continue.
The Reno-Tahoe Open at Montrêux is one of only 47 PGA TOUR events worldwide. Bringing top-tier professional sports to the Reno/Tahoe area August 01 – 07, 2011 and featuring a variety of special events right on the course!
