Preview Memberships are available to prospects throughout 2012. Clubhouse, Sports or Golf Memberships will be available for prospects to utilize for a 3 month time period with no initiation required (monthly dues and food and beverage minimums apply).
An Equity Golf Membership provides privileges for a member and their family to use all of the Club amenities.
Those amenities include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and extensive practice facilities.
Golf Members also have unlimited use of the tennis, swimming and Clubhouse facilities at Montrêux. A 7-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times is available to Golf Members.
Equity Golf Members do not pay greens fees or court fees, but pay a golf cart fee when used.
Equity Memberships are 75% equity based on the current value and are only transferable through the Club.
Membership Contribution: $10,000 (effective May 15th - August 31st, 2012)
Monthly Dues: $833
We also offer Executive Dues rates for the Equity Golf Membership for those age 37 and under. Please inquire with Heather Olson in the Membership Office for further details.
