Weather permitting, the Washoe County Public Works Dept. has plans to resurface Bordeax Dr. comencing Monday, October 31.  The project involves the county maintained portion of the roadway from Mt. Rose Highway to the cul de sac at the entrance to Montreux.  Although the project is not within Montreux proper, it will affect traffic entering and exiting the community.  County crews will have traffiic control devices and pesonnel present to minimize traffic delays and inconvenience. Please be alert and use caution when approaching the affected area. Washoe County Sewer Maintenance

The Washoe County Utility Dept. will have sewer maintenance crews on property cleaning sewer and storm drains prior to the winter season. They will be on property through Aug. 25 and should have very little effect on traffic in our community. They will be using a large vacuum truck with flashers and a trailing vehicle with traffic control personnel.
